I question the notability of the term. The article is unreferenced and has an unencyclopedic style.--Wuerzele (talk) 00:07, 15 November 2014 (UTC)
I would like to propose that we remove the notability note on this article. Since the Feds made its new QLAC rules in 2014, there has been a lot of interest in this topic. I'm new in this (wikipedia) and not sure what the best way to proceed. I have removed the other notes that were easier to evaluate but would like your help with this final note. I agree that the notability concern should be removed. The QLAC rules were revised last year, further raising the visibility of this issue. QLAC is mentioned five times in the Wall Street Journal article by Ashlea Ebeling, Dec. 23, 2022, entitled "The 401(k) and IRA Changes to Consider After Congress Revised Many Retirement Laws." — Preceding unsigned comment added by 171.66.10.191 (talk) 21:39, 22 February 2023 (UTC)
