COI

Note that a major contributor to this article appears to be a PR firm. Needs to be reviewed for WP:NPOV before the tag can come off. Jytdog (talk) 03:29, 4 March 2015 (UTC) :which is quite funny, in light of her claim that " I majored in social ethics at Princeton Theological Seminary"... mmm yeah, let's talk about ethics, shall we? Jytdog (talk) 02:22, 5 March 2015 (UTC) striken Jytdog (talk) 22:09, 6 March 2015 (UTC))

Jytdog-Yes, I have a PR firm, but no I was not paid for this edit, nor did I write the content. Another friend of Lorna's gave it to me to update, and Lorna was not privy to any of this. Please, remove the conflict tag on the article. Also, please note https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Assume_good_faith and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:No_personal_attacks. Further, the first line on this page says this page is not a forum for the article's subject. You have violated 3 of Wiki's policies with your above comments, which are slanderous and unprofessional. I suggest you erase those comments immediately. Thank you -- Mustangsdtpa (talk) 20:52, 6 March 2015 (UTC)
you do have a conflict of interest. I for one am willing to believe that you were not paid for this work, but per WP:COI, conflict of interest is not driven only by financial interests. WP:AGF, which you cite, is indeed WP policy, and it governs how we treat each other. So I don't know what you are referring to with that much less "three policies". (and as you are new here and just learning - and there is a lot to learn - you would do better to ask questions instead of making such strong claims. The more arrogantly you act here, the less patience other editors will have with the mistakes that you will make, and you can quickly find yourself blocked or banned.) In any case, my comment is kind of a shot, and I will strike it.Jytdog (talk) 22:09, 6 March 2015 (UTC)
the tag will come off the article when independent editors have finished reviewing it. My review of the awards section isn't done yet, so I am not taking it off, and you cannot. Jytdog (talk) 22:10, 6 March 2015 (UTC)

I acknowledge I made several mistakes, of which I apologized for on both my talk page and yours. I also responded as quickly as possible. This is not my job, so I am not on here everyday. There are so many rules and policies that I realize now, I was ignorant to think it would be easy. I am new to this and was only trying to help. I am not arrogant, I was upset you took a shot at Lorna's character. It wasn't nice or fair and you even brought her degree (article subject matter) into it, which only added insult to injury. At this point, I would rather take the page down entirely. This has been an awful experience. Maybe once you research her awards you will see that you took a shot at one of the good ones in the world. Again, I am sorry for any inconvenience my attempt at "helping" caused. --Mustangsdtpa (talk) 22:47, 6 March 2015 (UTC)

not my job either. we are all volunteers here. the "arrogance" is making huffy claims in legalistic language when you don't know what you're talking about. I have been dealing with you politely throughout, and all you had to do was say "hey, that is an attack on Laura maybe you could remove that?" or something. simple. Yes I pounded on you for deleting my comment b/c in Wikipedia, that is a Cardinal Sin - you just do not do that, period. Period. Jytdog (talk) 23:07, 6 March 2015 (UTC)
and i don't know why you claim to be so traumatized. just be a human, go slowly while you are learning, and things will go fine here. That's how things were going before you came to this page, saw my comment, and lost it. so gather yourself back up and move on. Jytdog (talk) 23:18, 6 March 2015 (UTC)

Thank you for your advice. I will take your advice to heart and hope that you might be willing to delete most of the comments on Lorna's talk page since they are really directed at teaching me proper protocol. Thanks again.--Mustangsdtpa (talk) 23:20, 9 March 2015 (UTC)
