I propose that the issue of crime in Luton is dealt with in the article. In the past a small group of contributors to this article have prevented the topic being given any mention. Crime stats and the effect of crime on a community are relevant. Anyone who lives in Luton knows that crime and policing are of very great daily import to Lutonians.

     Dont bother I tried bringing it up a couple of years ago.

5 armed robberies in one week in Leagrave and a machete fight outside my house last week. My neighbour has a bullet hole in his car window. But if you mention it it will get deleted. Its all 'city status' and 'Luton In Bloom' here mate.
