Does this language even exist?

The only sources cited supporting the existence of this language all trace back to an old listing in Ethnologue, but the current Ethnologue database (which I can see as an Ethnologue contributor) doesn't show any support for the claim, and in my years of watching for it, I've never stumbled across any either. I suspect that the language never existed. I can't just say that in the article, of course--that would be original research--but I can at least put out a call for people to come up with better evidence for it, if such evidence exists.
