Utilisation missing

08may2013 edit: Added "Define as the utilization" to the "Delay" section because was undefined on this page. I'm short on time and did not refer to the original source, so hopefully I got this correct and apologies if I didn't. Possible mistakes: Perhaps the original author meant to use in place of , and utilization has no place in this formula?
