Why is Mainya Music Notable?

I put a "Notable?" tag on this page, and an anonymous IP address took it off. I was away for a while, but I've now put it back. I don't mean to edit-war, but I can't ping an IP address, so this is the only way I know of to invite discussion. The page appears to be a pure self-promotion page for Fabian Thibodeaux. It cites mostly blogs and AllMusic.com, where any artist can submit his or her stuff. I know there are thousands of these pages on Wikipedia, from bands and writers and politicians and real estate salesmen who want to promote themselves, but that's not what Wikipedia is for. They may be very talented and very good, but unless they're notable by Wikipedia's criteria, they don't get a page on Wikipedia.
