"Malda"

The disputed neutrality section "Modern Malda" is really most about Mr. Khan Chowdhury. I suggest we go ahead and make him a separate article, with some additional biographical material. He can be linked from Malda, as their representative for many years. If we do have more material on present day conditions in Malda, we can probably best add it under one of the topical categories we already have, similar to other state/province/district categories.
