uninhabited

this states that the region was uninhabited until the 9th century, but the article for aktau states that the region has scythian archaeological finds from scythian settlements. if there are settlements it is inhabited no? 24.254.162.242 (talk) 13:42, 24 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
