I see alot of accusations about people getting killed by the kite strings but no references to actual death reports or newspaper accounts. Kind of hard to believe. "Cerol" is powdered glass and glue concotion commonly applied to the strings of kites in Brazil. It would be the Brazilian version of manja (or vice versa). Cerol has literally killed people by slitting their throats.
