Contested deletion

[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because though the article could probably pass an AFD or PROD, there is enough content (and some biographical info with refs which is often difficult for newbies to get) for it not to be speedily deleted. --Go Phightins! Just out of curiosity, why do you think an article which ① makes no claim to notability and ② is solely referenced to her husband's biography would "pass an AFD"? Zero reliable references and no claim to either importance or significance generally qualifies as speedily deletable. While her husband is notable, notability is not inherited. The article states that Harris does make a claim to her importance, albeit a weak one. And I apologize, by pass an afd or prod I meant pass deletion through one. I didn't realize I worded that so poorly, my apologies. I think it would be deleted through an AFD, but I think it probably had enough to pass CSD. Sorry for the confusion Go Phightins!
