The lead is nice and concise. The only thing I would consider changing is the word "titular" because this seemed kind of bizarre. Otherwise I think it inlcudes all the necessary information. The content added was mostly in the lead, so all of that looked good. There were some grammar and word changes in the style section and a source added in further reading, but other than that, I didn't see any new content added. Going through history, I saw you got rid of lots of information which is great as well. I would look into adding more sections while you're editing such as themes explored in the book because you alluded to those themes in the lead section like race, class, and gender. You could also do a section on characters or character development with Maud Martha as she's clearly a significant character in the novel. I would also maybe look into expanding on the "Reception" section by maybe finding more sources that talk about how the novel was recieved with different authors in different places. Otherwise, the edits you already made are great and on the right track, but just work on trying to expand that. Great job! Nairmeera02 (talk) 20:39, 6 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
