Document FISA database errors

Just created this in preparation for the 2011 races. Will update the getting-on race, starting order, number of crews etc when those details are published by CUCBC shortly. FloreatAntiquaDomus 17:39, 16 May 2011 (UTC)

To point out, the closing date for entry to these bumps is 20/5/2011 so the above information will be forthcoming.
