Hi all, I noticed odd language in the introduction to this article and had a sneaking suspicion that some sections were copied and pasted from another source. A quick google search of a suspect sentence brought me directly to the Menlo Report; and I quickly found the same sentence, word for word, in the Executive summary of the report. For this reason, I've added the Template:Copypaste to indicate my suspicions in the hopes that a more experienced editor or perhaps admin will take appropriate measures. I tracked the copy & pasted material to an addition by an IP user who's only contribs are on this article. This article also makes repeated mentions of ICT Ethics, and I noticed several edits to the page by User:ICTEthics - which I thought may indicate a COI of some kind, but this could be an incorrect assumption on my part. Back again, just to add that someone did remove some copy & pasted materials quite closely after it was added - but looks like some remains. Pteridaceae (talk) 08:23, 11 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
