I disagree with the move. The official title of the position is minister of external relations (see page sources) and it is wrong to change it otherwise. Would you call Condoleeza Rice the foreign minister of the USA? or David Miliband in the UK? This is a translation from the original Portuguese. "External relations" may be a literal translation, but "foreign" is also acceptable. Jose João (talk) 23:56, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
