Redirecting[edit]

I have suspected it for a long time, but now it is possible to confirm it: The two articles Mitraba and Mitribah are actually covering the same place. The different spellings (also including "Matraba" used in the sources for this article) are explained by the treatment of vowels in the Arabic language, with the root of the word being "Mtrb". The two articles in ar-wiki are both named مطربة, but disambiguated as (Observatory) and (Kuwait).

The two sources [1] and [2] are quite obviously describing the same heat wave in June this year. They both mention the 52.2°C measurement claimed to be made Saturday 8 June, the first article calling the place Matraba, the second Mitribah. I will go ahead and redirect this article to Mitrabah, but will keep the talk page as history and explanation. Regards! --T*U (talk) 16:49, 2 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
