Reza is the Persianized form of Ridha. The eighth descendant of the Prophet is respectively Imam Ridha, not Reza. In Iran it is spelled and pronounced as Reza so therefore Reza is not an authentic Arabic name but a Persianized version of the Arabic name Ridha.
