Local government area[edit]

Is Mugdrum Island really in Fife? The 1950 1:25,000 map shows it labelled "Abernethy (part)". Abernethy is the parish just west of Newburgh over the boundary in Perthshire. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.195.187.235 (talk) 22:48, 29 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

According to the Boundary Commission's map of council areas, the island does in fact belong to Perth & Kinross. Zacwill (talk) 13:07, 31 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
