I just removed a lot of material from the page that was taken from Save the River's fact sheet directly or closely paraphrased. While the site's terms of use allow free non-commercial and educational use, adapting the material is not explicitly allowed, so, to me, the CC-by-SA cannot be used here, and Wikipedia can't use the material until permission is secured.
