Southern extent of NIC-1?

With only a single Nicaraguan highway having an article, and no other apparent information on Wikipedia about the Nicaraguan highway system, there is insufficient information about the numbering of highways. Google Earth and Google Maps show NIC-1 extending south to the Costa Rica border, HOWEVER, parts of this southern section are also concurrently marked as NIC-2. Mapquest does not respond to my browser, so I am unable to check their sources. A search for Nicaraguan maps on the web does not produce anything responsive to detailed reading, or highway numbers are not shown. GBC (talk) 15:06, 22 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
