No offense, but most of the information here on this character is wrong. I know because I watched the show. Natalie and Jeremy never had an affair while she was married to Alex. She tricked Jeremy into thinking that he slept with her, after getting him drunk (they woke up in bed together). She already knew she was pregnant with Alex's baby, but wanted Jeremy to think that he was the father. She did not marry Jeremy at all until 1988.

She started working for Palmer in 1986, not 1987. For confirmation, there is a scene between Natalie and Ross in 1986 on Youtube where he tells her he'll pay her $50,000 to stop being Palmer's nurse and to leave Pine Valley.

She married Jeremy in 1988. It was not Ceara Connor who broke up her marriage. Ceara didn't even come to Pine Valley until 1990. It was Marissa Rampal who came to town at that time, informing Jeremy that he had a son, David, and ended up attempting to kill Natalie to get her out of the way. After all of this, Natalie no longer wanted Jeremy.

Natalie met Trevor in 1989. In early summer 1990, they got stranded together on an island for a short time and fell in love. Her best friend, Donna Tyler, did everything in her power to push the couple together, feeling that they were each other's true loves. Natalie married Adam in the fall of 1990, not March 1991. Janet came to twon around that time, and took over Natalie's life, pushing her down that well and stealing her identity.
