Extending Article[edit]

I am intending to extend the NCB article, and this will also involve replacing the RBS on-line source with hardback sources such as the 1925 history, Checkland etc. If anyone has this on their watch list and is concerned, let me know.

What I have done is to substantially extend the histories of the two constituent banks. The independent history of the NCB was shorlived and could be left as it stands, being drawn from the RBS online archive.
