The Lemony Snicket and Buffy references appear twice. 129.237.90.54 00:14, 1 May 2007 (UTC)
In Literature and film/TV adaptations, "History Boooooks Nero's life, times and death are chronicled in [[Richard Holland's] book of the same name NERO The Man Behind The Myth", is not well formatted. Nancy.Gallant 04:16, 16 May 2007 (UTC)
Large Portions of this are Dubious
[edit]I can't help thinking that huge chunks of this article assume that the word "Nero" appearing anywhere must refer to Emperor Nero without any sourcing, which I imagine qualifies as original research even ignoring the fact it's really dubious. I'd suggest removing all examples where the reference is in doubt, and have removed examples where it's verifiable that "Nero" is just used as the Italian for "Black". I can’t see any relation between Spartacus and Nero (with a distance of much more than a century). Is it enough for a film to be in costumes of ancient Rome to be “related” to Nero? Dominique Meeùs (talk) 22:47, 5 December 2011 (UTC)
Large swaths of this article are going to vanish in one week
[edit]As noted in the header, a sizable portion of this article is going to be trimmed away unless reliably-sourced primary references begin appearing in this article. At this writing, there are only six, which means, in eight days, they might be the only bits of Nero's appearance in pop culture that remain in the article. If you have a vested interest in this article, I'd urge you to get cracking. The clock is ticking. - Jack Sebastian (talk) 01:33, 27 July 2015 (UTC)
