Etymologies

Firstly, apologies to User:DankJae for not posting this sooner as stated in my last edit summary. I went down a bit of a rabbit hole researching the history of both names and hopefully the new subsection will be a good explanation of both names.

I have also tided the opening sentence and added the Welsh name tag in the infobox. While there is no official status for Welsh name it does seem that the name is in common usage today and we now have a dedicated section explaining the name should anyone want further info.

I have added three sources for the translation of Pentre Cythraul as "Devil's Village/hamlet", but the main etymological discussion on it's derivation is from Owen (either in his own work or FPN), as DankJae's issue seemed to be one of translating the Welsh, I have quoted these English sources directly.

@Cymrogogoch The commissioner's (initial) reasoning against the name probably should also be included for balance. As the paragraphs are all supportive of the Welsh name (even if rightly so!). Yes I know the Welsh name is used locally, just trying to find if it is used in non-local Welsh sources despite being unofficial. (Note, the BBC source in Welsh starts with New Brighton).
