I was able to find this primary source which is a letter written by the citizens of New London to President George Washington promoting the town as a possible location for a Federal University that was to be established in Virgina. Overall, the article is well written, concise, and does well with staying on topic. There was a minor error with remaining consistent in the names of historic sites in all sections (i.e. the New London Methodist Episcopal Church South) that I corrected.
