Good idea for article

Nice choice for an article. I bet many people didn't even realize this sort of thing went on during WWII. Anyhow, I've expanded out the article with information from the recently-improved weather ship article, since the information is relevant. This allowed the class of the article to be elevated to C. Operation Haudegen

The Haudegen article needs to be merged into the North Atlantic weather war because 90% of the Haudegen article has nothing to do with Haudegen. It is just one operation among (and its current article shows) many similar operations that could all be included here. 81.132.7.209 (talk) 21:51, 30 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the merge discussion, then I would be opposed to such a merge. There is no obvious reason for this merge and good reasons not to: as stated, most of the Haudegen article is about something else; and while this article is a comprehensive 10kb treatment of the whole weather war subject, Haudegen is a 16Kb mish-mash, so this article would not be improved by more than doubling its length while taking it widely off-topic.
