beautiful house?

it says in the article "O’Neal moved into a new home in western Sumter County. It’s a beautiful Cypress house on nine acres with a saltwater pool and a private pond" I don't think it's up to us to use such subjective adjectives in a wikipedia article, this is unwarranted.
