Studio album? Demo album? Compilation?
[edit]I don't think it's accurate to refer to this as a studio album. With most of these tracks it is quite evident that they are demos, given their use of scratch vocals, though the few tracks with actual lyics could reasonably be called finished songs. I think this album would be best referred to as a compilation, given that it compiles demo recordings and possibly-finished tracks from 2018-2023 that were clearly not recorded as one project. I'm going to be bold and update the article to call this a compilation.

- It's a tricky one because it seems obvious that the tracks with titles and lyrics are going to form a 'real' album (i.e. physical media) - the duration of those tracks adds up almost exactly to the runtime of a vinyl LP - sort of creating two different albums with the same name. I guess the article can be updated to reflect this when the time comes. Taras (talk) 10:13, 25 April 2023 (UTC)
- We'll have to see what the cut-down albums consists of. As far as I'm aware Mac hasn't specifically stated which tracks will be on that version, though it's very likely to be the titled ones.

- I was thinking about this again. Does this mean Other Here Comes the Cowboy Demos is a compilation album? Should it have its own page and listing? None of the 'demo' tracks on it were previously or subsequently released, and none featured on the Here Comes the Cowboy album.

- No, that would definitely be considered a demo album since all the tracks are undoubtedly demos.
