"Effects" section slightly unclear about what's on what ship
[edit]The first paragraph starts describing USS Atlanta (CL-104) but ends with the sentence, "The entire DLG 16 deck-house ..." which is apparently about the England (DLG-22) or Dale (DLG-19). Since the second paragraph is about England, it would make sense to move the parts relevant to that ship (or Dale) out of the first paragraph. — Preceding unsigned comment added by User5910 (talk • contribs) 06:13, 9 September 2017 (UTC)
The test dlg deckhouse was actually installed on the Atlanta for testing! You can clear up that part if you wishCrazytrain411 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 02:45, 16 September 2017 (UTC)
Personnel
[edit]What was the rationale for stationing personnel on board the Atlanta during the test (and the underwater blast that preceded the test)? Obviously the ship was armoured, and no-one was hurt, but it seems an unusually risky decision. Especially given that e.g. the article implies that the deck carried ASROC rockets and torpedos in addition to a mass of live electrical gear. -Ashley Pomeroy (talk) 12:44, 8 May 2023 (UTC)
