Accuracy

This article has major problems with accuracy. Firstly, people classified as "Other Black" in the census are not necessarily "individuals of Sub-Saharan/Black African origin who are not descended directly from Africa or the Caribbean" because the census relies on self-completion. People can tick whatever box they want to. I, as a white person, could even tick the Other Black box. Then we get "The term was used in the 1991 UK Census and the 2001 UK Census and asked for their country/region of origin to be wrote in, the group would encompass African Americans in the United Kingdom, Afro-Latin Americans in the UK amongst others". The census doesn't ask for country/region of origin. It does ask for country of birth, but this isn't directly related to ethnicity. A person stating that their ethnicity is Other Black could be born in the UK, and an African American might not choose to classify themselves as Other Black. I've now rewritten the article to be more accurate. I also removed the statement about Northern Ireland being the only constituent country with more "Other Black" people than African or Caribbean people since NISRA statistics proved this to be incorrect.
