The measurements in the nutrition section are unclear. Also whether you are talking about uncooked or cooked rice. Hopefully there are NOT 160 calories in 1/4c of rice (where a cup is 8 fluid ounces = 16 Tablespoons). Plus - is that cooked or uncooked rice?
