This page has exceedingly few citations for some rather extraordinary claims... The source sited for the BP entry dates all the way back to 2004...

For that matter, considering events occurring such as the US Opioid Crisis, it seems like most doctors would probably *never* consider prescribing a compound medication made of four different opioids (of which, the main ingredient being morphine!)...
