Formatting[edit]

I've formatted this article such that all party lists are numbered. To bring this to the same formatting as the more recent party list articles, it needs the following:

Reformat names from "LASTNAME, Firstname" to "Firstname Lastname"
Link people who have articles (perhaps at the same time as name formatting above, so we can see which has been checked for an article)
Import table formats from other articles and fill in:

Incumbency
Past rank
Electorate competed for
Result
Any changes during 1999-2002
