Adding the actual rules
[edit]I added the actual rules from the book Jan Tschichold: Typographer by Ruari McLean. Note that et cetera is spelled "&c." – that's how the original rules were written, so I decided not to replace it with "etc.". Also, the spelling is British.
Oh, yeah, this is my first Wikipedia edit, so I might have botched something up. 1nktr4p (talk) 22:40, 26 May 2014 (UTC)
- Yes, 1nktr4p: the matter of copyright. I have removed this material. -- Hoary (talk) 07:20, 21 August 2018 (UTC)
What about these rules?
[edit]1nktr4p, after the opening paragraph, I see nothing in the article about the Penguin Composition Rules. If reliable, independent, published sources have nothing to say about them, then I suggest that this material should be moved to the article about Penguin and/or the article about Tschichold. -- Hoary (talk) 07:23, 21 August 2018 (UTC)
