[edit]Possibly violates NPOV. Reads more like the company’s PR website. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2620:0:E50:1401:7CA6:F924:8B90:9DB3 (talk) 00:08, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
Lacking significant historical facts...
[edit]No mention of the significance of this facility to Koch Industries (and Fred Koch himself) in its early days, no mention of the several state fines it incurred for releasing sulphur, benzene, chloroform, freons, and other toxins into the river and groundwater, no mention of the several name changes, or it being a superfund site. I do see that they've won many awards. How lovely. Some of us have to live around here. As far as sources, I'm no good at putting in these inline citations, but check out: http://www.mesothelioma.com/asbestos-exposure/jobsites/oil-refineries/koch-petroleum-minnesota.htm http://www.epa.gov/superfund/programs/recycle/live/region5_mn.html http://www.health.state.mn.us/divs/eh/wells/swca/inver.html
Now that I've been looking over related wiki pages, however, I expect this comment to be summarily deleted. Is it Wiki policy to scrub information like this from talk pages? 184.7.175.199 (talk) 00:57, 28 September 2014 (UTC)
