Notability
[edit]As noted on the pages of other minor NZ political parties: the list of Political parties in New Zealand has a clear policy of listing unregistered parties. We aim for completeness, partly because our political scene is so small.
The party unquestionably exists. It has announced its intention to register to contest the list vote. It has not yet registered a logo with the Electoral Commission, but we happily list parties who haven't (the Hapu Party, for example. It has not yet run candidates, but that is because we are between elections (and even that isn't necessary - see the Freedom Party, for example).--IdiotSavant (talk) 09:05, 29 September 2009 (UTC)
- I'm not doubting that the party exists. However, we need third-party coverage of it to qualify as notable for wikipedia. Find two independent websites / news paper articles / etc , that talk about it and I'll be happy. The blogs of those involved don't count, alas. Stuartyeates (talk) 18:40, 29 September 2009 (UTC)
