2 Questions

With private label rights, can I for example use this articles found at PLR, without a problem?

The following sentence: "While licenses differ with each author and seller, the basic premise is that the license permits buyers to re-brand the content under their own name and brand (excluding copyright)," raises issues from a technical legal perspective. In paticular the parenthetical "(excluding copyright)" does not make sense because what is often licensed is licensed under copyright. Expansion

I've cleaned up the article as best I could (removing advertising). It could probably be expanded a bit with a History and Criticism section; and possibly its affiliation with online marketing/spamming. --UnneededAplomb (talk) 04:13, 25 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Update coming

I'm preparing an update but the problem is that there are no published materials for this license. Everything is still pretty much "wild west" and everyone's publishing what they like. - DM 16:04 (UTC) - 18. Januar 2011
