Merge content into the article on public toilets?

I agree that this stub can be merged assuming the 2008 keep decision does not forbid it. Para 1 makes little sense. Para 2 might fit in current Right to water article. Para 3 can fit into Public toilet. Para 4 refers to a "libertarian pundit" and resembles opinion.Cryacrem (talk) 23:03, 19 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
