Canadian personalities

Some of the personalities mentioned were not Canadian, such as Paul Tillich or Billy Graham. Would it not help to clarify things if a sentence were re-written to say that the series focussed on Canadian personalities such as ... and then list the Canadian personalities, and then said "international personalities such as" and then listed the non-Canadian personalities?
