It seems to me that this material might be more appropriately included as part of 2008 South Ossetia war. Comments on a possible merger? Richwales (talk · contribs · review) 04:53, 31 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

On further reflection, the stuff on this page doesn't seem to be substantial enough to merit more than an additional sentence or two (if even that!) in 2008 South Ossetia war. After two years of being tagged as requiring improvement on numerous counts, this page is probably more of a candidate for deletion than a useful source of material for a merger. The only google hits for both "The Public Commission for the Investigation of War Crimes in South Ossetia and Aid to the Affected Civilians" and "The Public Commission for Assistance to Russian Soldiers" are this page and a page that copied this page verbatim. I will redirect this to 2008 South Ossetia war. --Xeeron (talk) 09:33, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
