Removed weighted sentence

I removed the following sentence as it sounded very pof.

"Footage from North Korea's state TV shows that the missile was indeed real and launched from a Submariner, contrary to western experts who were quick to deem the missile "fake" without much investigation."

I doubt the creator has any inside knowledge as to how much investigation the experts did and so this is highly likely just an assumption they made, which does not belong on an encyclopedia. Furthermore the first part about the state TV video is also not necessary as the page already mentions the video evidence of the missile further down the page.
