Incorrect name

[edit]

Why on earth is this called "Sjónvarpið", the station is called Ríkissjónvarpið (State Television), Sjónvarp and any inflection of it like Sjónvarpið is a generic term for a TV, it is not even a term for a TV station (Sjónvarpsstöð), even when the RS was the only station that legally broadcast the station was never referred to as "sjónvarpið", that was used for the box you watched the broadcast on. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Reiknir (talkcontribs) 20:06, 22 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

LazyTown as a "Foreign" show

[edit]

The Icelandic show LazyTown aka Latibær has been listed under Foreign Shows dispite being produced in Iceland. The show is dubbed in Icelandic as it was produced in English for a foreign market but I do not believe it should be placed under Foreign Shows. Aside from that can anyone confirm if Latibær is still being shown on RÚV? Tilo15 (talk) 00:28, 8 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
