I think the sentence "Radikal does not seem to support a certain political party because the owner, Aydın Doğan, wants to keep his relations well with anyone who is in power." should be removed as it seems to reflect the author's personal views. In fact Aydin Dogan and PM Erdogan don't seem to get along so well, with papers linked to Dogan Group attacking Erdogan's government for its religious roots, which allegedly cost Dogan Holding to be fined with 3.3 billion dollars for tax evasion.

Political Alignment

[edit]

Just a note: Radikal is not a "liberal" newspaper. It is a Kemalist newspaper. It is a "softened", "youth-friendly," and "liberal looking" version of Cumhuriyet. Sorry about that.--88.249.46.222 (talk) 17:01, 22 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

.. It says that Radikal's ideology is "Kurdish Nationalism". Whoever wrote that clearly meant it as a joke. Radikal is a left-leaning Kemalist paper. Probably the opposite of Kurdish nationalism.
