Time Period

[edit]

What year does this film take place exactly??? The '60s/'70s? It had that sort-of feel to it. And would it be considered a nostalgic film? Ace Fighter 18:50, 7 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Video game

[edit]

I know this is hard to believe, but I do recall at one point someone was going to make a video game based on this movie that was going to involve moving around in the wagon and shooting things.

This game, however, never came to be released and was supposedly scrapped during it's production. Again, may be hard to believe, but it's true. ^^; --Ralf Loire (Annoy) 17:16, 6 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Nah, that's totally believable. There was a whole spat of licensed video games like this based on movies or cartoons that make no sense so I believe it. 166.198.111.49 (talk) 07:19, 6 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Time Period

[edit]

The film is suppose to take place in the late 1960's, but in one scene you can see a Transformers comic book which came out in the early 1980's.

Speculation

[edit]

Should there really be a section speculating possible hidden meanings? If so, should it be put in its own section?

My opinion is that the section is not needed. It is pure speculation, and any hidden meaning has been denied by the director. If this were a star wars film or any other such film, the information given by the director would be considered canon. Hr.VankerTalkContrib 05:47, 9 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If the hidden meanings have been speculated by actual film critics, then I think they are worth mentioning, but otherwise, they shouldn't be here. --Exer 505 (talk) 23:01, 11 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Plot

[edit]

Who is Shane?! Multiple parts in the Plot it mentions a Shane. There is no Shane in this movie. 2603:9001:6303:2C7:415A:8940:D9AC:8C3D (talk) 16:00, 25 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
