Expansion July 2010[edit]

I am beginning a major overhaul of this page to provide a more comprehensive view of the methodology and applications of radioactive tracers. Help would be appreciated from anyone with specific knowledge of different tracers and their use, especially in the medical context. Thanks! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dac04 (talkcontribs) 21:12, 21 July 2010

I restored the previous introduction as first paragraph into the current introductory section. I removed unsourced material, which was written like an essay, (2 small sections). Dac04 - excellent rewrite of this article. Keep up the good work

Major revision[edit]
