Merge with Trail (bicycles) and Rake (angle)[edit]

After discovering these newly created articles

I tried to cross link them all, but then wondered if they need separate articles at all. They could instead be consolidated into a single comprehensive article. These topics are also covered in the Bicycle and motorcycle dynamics article because many of them did not exist as separate articles when that was written. Whatever happens, Bicycle fork and Motorcycle fork should be updated to reflect the results.

I'm not sure that this Rake and trail is the best location for them all. Maybe something like this would be best:

 Bike Geometry (aritlce title) or Bicycle and motorcycle geometry
  -Head angle (bicycle), Rake (motorcycle), steering axis angle
  -Trail (bicycle and motorcycle)
  -Mechanical trail (bicycle and motorcycle)

Another alternative would be to move all the content into the existing Bicycle and motorcycle dynamics artlcle. It already mention most of these topics.
