Notes
  • The article is not consistent the WP:MOS's requirement for logical quotations WP:LQ.
    • Fixed.
  • 3 Creative Commons images ok.
  • File:McEntire.JPG is tagged as public domain. Is this not an artwork? Commons:Freedom of panorama#United States
    • FFD'd.
  • What makes [1] a reliable source? (currently cite #6)
    • Removed.
  • In "1976 – 1983", "medium-sized hits" - I'm not familair with this terminology. What constitutes a medium-sized hit?
    • Clarified. I also added a print source to verify the chart positions.
  • In "1984 – 1990", "the website also believed..." - this isn't clear. people believe, not websites.
    • Fixed.
  • In "Musical styles" (plural?), "Many music critics have often called her music to be "melodramatic," "formulaic," and "bombastic,"..." - the musicianguide.com reference is provided for this but none of those terms seem to be in that document.
    • A print review is also cited there. It seems to use those terms.
Conclusion

On hold A well-developed article that has seen some good attention paid towards it. A few issues listed above should be addressed. -maclean (talk) 20:30, 27 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
