Hi, I think this section is referenced although more citations could be added. Myrtle Myrtlegroggins (talk) 16:49, 26 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Hello there, I have made a copy edit of this article and expanded it. As you see I have removed the hidden comments and posted them here. I did this because, I hope, I have addressed these issues and also, it makes it easier for anyone else wishing to edit the page to see the comments first here on the talk page.

Note 1: Still translating Chinese text from the official site... its a slow work in progress... Id appreciate some help... Note 2: Could anyone add something about the 21st century?? I can keep translating, but it'll take me long Note 3: HOPE NOBODY SUGGEST TO ERASE THIS ARTICLE ON THE GROUNDS IT SHOULD BE MERGED WITH THE BEIJING BASED CHINESE RED CROSS Note 4: And about the shared history of both the Chinese based and Taiwanese based red crosses... I copied most of the history section prior to 1949 because, well... the Chinese red cross was JUST ONE BEFORE 1949. (DO NOT EDIT THE ABOVE SECTION WITHOUT DISCUSSION ON THE TALK PAGE... THX)

I agree, this society seems quite separate from its worthy counterpart in China. I hope the section on the Kinmen Accord confirms this. I would not combine articles about the two national chapters of the Red Cross.

Please talk with me if you would like to see the article improved and let me know how I can help. With kind regards, Myrtle.Myrtlegroggins (talk) 16:49, 26 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
