Title source in T.S. Eliot's "Lines for an Old Man"?

The article for this novel does not give any possible source for its unusual title. Could it be that McCullers drew on the line - "Reflected from my golden eye." - in the poem "Lines for an Old Man" by T.S. Eliot? This was written, I believe, before 1934.
