Ships purportedly attacked
Moving here for storage as uncited and possibly dubious:
Suhren, as 1st Watch Officer on U-48, was credited with the destruction 200,000 gross register tons (GRT) of merchant shipping. He further sank 18 merchant ships for a total of 95,544 GRT, 1 warship sunk for a total of 900 long tons (910 tonnes) and damaged 4 ships for a total of 28,907 GRT as commander of U-564.
This article has suffered a mass of deletions recently. Most of these have been done on the basis of "intricate detail". This "intricate detail" is not only relevant, it helps flesh out a rather small article. The other excuse seems to be the list of ships sunk seems "dubious". Why not just ask? At present, the massacre has been reverted, and work is underway to find the citation necessary to cover the only justifiable quibble that exists here. Dapi89 (talk) 00:07, 6 November 2016 (UTC)
