This is so messy I am having to completely re-write it. I will finish it off later on, but at least it has some structure and correct links now. Mostly Zen 22:08, 6 June 2006 (UTC)

Multiple issues[edit]

Even though the article does have a section containing "links" to external sources, these are not tied into the article as references in any way, and so I've flagged this article for having no inline references.
